World Bee Day 520 & Beehall's 10th Bee Culture Festival Successfully Concluded

May 21, 2026

Bees are among the most ecologically valuable beneficial insects and play an essential role in maintaining natural ecosystems. According to statistics, more than 1,100 of the 1,330 plant species utilized by humans rely on bee pollination. Bee pollination contributes nearly USD 210 billion annually to global crop production, accounting for approximately 9.5% of the total value of global food agriculture. Bees are often praised as "nature's wings" and "the matchmakers of agriculture". The President of Apimondia once remarked: "Bees can live without humans, but humans cannot live without bees."

In 2017, the United Nations officially designated May 20 as World Bee Day. This year marks the ninth World Bee Day celebration worldwide. Since 2016, Beehall has continuously hosted its Bee Culture Festival, which has now successfully reached its 10th edition.

Centered around the theme "Protecting Bee Ecology, Creating a Sweeter Future Together", the festival aims to promote bee knowledge, spread bee culture, fulfill social responsibility, and encourage public awareness of protecting both bee ecology and the shared home of humanity.

Mr. Ren Diwei, Chairman of Beehall Group, stated that the company has always upheld its original commitment of "revering nature and crafting honey with dedication". Guided by the philosophy of coexisting with bees and living in harmony with nature, Beehall remains deeply committed to the bee industry, safeguarding nature's gifts while passing on the value of natural bee products to future generations.

This year's festival featured a rich variety of activities and interactive experiences. Beehall invited family groups to visit its bee breeding demonstration base, where participants immersed themselves in bee culture, observed bees collecting nectar and the honey harvesting process, and gained firsthand insight into the ecological and agricultural value of bees.

Meanwhile, company employees organized patriotic choir performances and bee-themed poetry recitation competitions, expressing both their patriotic spirit and admiration for bees. Online audiences and members across the country also joined through live-stream voting to select the winning teams, creating an enthusiastic and engaging atmosphere.

During the event, Beehall officially launched its new initiative titled "One Spoon of Royal Jelly, A Lifetime of Care". The initiative establishes three long-term commitments:

First, Beehall remains committed to ecological sustainability by expanding natural breeding bases, improving bee habitats, protecting natural nectar sources, and supporting the natural reproduction of bee colonies.

Second, the company remains dedicated to craftsmanship and quality. Supported by its in-house R&D and testing centers, Beehall continues to increase scientific research investment and introduce advanced technologies and production processes to preserve the natural nutrients and active components of bee products to the greatest extent possible.

Third, Beehall upholds its responsibility to consumers by continuously improving its full-industry-chain traceability and quality control system, covering every stage from bee breeding and cultivation to R&D, manufacturing, and sales, ensuring trustworthy products and consumer health protection through integrity and craftsmanship.
