Beehall Successfully Concludes the 24th National Distributor Conference

From February 2 to 4, Beehall successfully held its 24th National Distributor Representative Conference under the theme "System Establishment, Label Framework, Bee-Driven Future".

The conference aimed to define the strategic direction for 2026, strengthen operational foundations, and build consensus among all employees and partners. Head office teams, outstanding distributors, and key partners gathered to discuss development strategies and co-create the annual blueprint for growth.

At the opening of the conference, the Chairman delivered the keynote speech, outlining Beehall's overall strategic direction for 2026 in alignment with the core theme. He emphasized that system construction is the cornerstone of sustainable corporate development, while "labeled operations" serve as a key driver for enhancing core competitiveness. He called on all employees and partners to unite, collaborate, and embark on a new journey of high-quality development, setting a clear tone and direction for the year ahead.

Following this, core department leaders delivered thematic presentations. Mr. Shi Yuyong, Vice President of Beehall and Head of the System Center, provided an in-depth interpretation of the 2026 system planning, building a structured annual operational framework from the perspectives of core logic, key initiatives, and implementation pathways. Director Niu Fengchun from the Marketing Department focused on "labeled operations", combining industry trends with operational realities to clarify the company’s strategic orientation and behavioral guidelines, thereby strengthening alignment across the organization.

The mid-session focused on performance review, new product planning, and annual empowerment strategies, delivering substantial and practical insights. The conference first reviewed the operational achievements of system-based stores in 2025, summarizing experience through real data and representative case studies, and demonstrating the team's strong momentum. Subsequently, several senior executives of Beehall released key annual plans: Mr. Wang Liang, Vice President and Head of the Marketing Center, outlined the 2026 core sales strategy and established a dedicated training and empowerment system for franchise stores. Ms. Liu Dan, Sales Director for the South China region, introduced new business development directions and exclusive conference support policies, ensuring partner benefits through membership operations and policy support. Director Niu Fengchun further addressed questions on-site to align understanding across all participants. Leaders from the pharmaceutical-related business lines also shared insights on bee wax industry development and corporate operational strategies, providing multi-dimensional support for high-quality growth of the company and its partners.

At the closing session, an awards ceremony and gala banquet were held. Outstanding distributors with exceptional performance in 2025 were formally recognized. Award recipients shared their growth experiences and expressed strong confidence in future collaboration and shared success in 2026, significantly boosting collective motivation. The 2026 appreciation banquet then commenced, where all attendees gathered in a warm and festive atmosphere to celebrate achievements and envision the future.
